Admission Process
Admission to Class I to VIII is as per the Right to Education Act (RTE), subject to the availability of seats.

Class IX & X
Admission Process
Admission to Class IX and X is test-based subject to availability of seats. The test would be conducted in the subjects of English, Science, Maths and Social Science. The Academic Session starts from 1st April and lasts till the 3rd week of February.

Important Notes:-
1. No Tuition fee from Girls.
2. No Tuition Fee from SC Boys.
3. All funds (Monthly & Annual) half from SC (Boys & Girls).
4. No tuition fee for OBC – Boy, ex-servicemen, widow ward, the Physically handicapped student whose parental income is less than 1.5 Lacs (Annual)
5. Advantage is to be given only if all certificates are there.
CLASSES XI AND XII
Class XI
Admission Procedure:
Admission to Class XI in Non-Medical, Medical, Commerce, and Humanities Streams is as per the Centralized Admission Procedure of the Education Department, Chandigarh Administration. Advertisement for the sale of the prospectus is generally published in English and Hindi local newspapers in the first week of June. For more details, refer to chdeducation.gov.in
